Catering Services
All wedding catering must be provided by our hotel, with the exception of your wedding cake.
After your contract is signed, we will be delighted to set up a time for a menu tasting with up to four guests. This is recommended within 90 days prior to your wedding. Your Westin Certified Event Planner will discuss a convenient time during the planning phase, scheduled Monday through Friday during non-peak meals hours. Cocktail items are not included during your tasting.

Let our team of wedding planners assist in planning your wedding celebration in our Charlotte venue from start to finish. Aside from personal planning services, our venue offers booking tools to assist with guest reservations or you can provide us with a list of guests and we will take care of reservation details.

Menus
Impress your guests with customizable menus by our in-house catering team. Our menus include selections for plated dinners, custom cuisine stations, hors d'oeuvres and desserts. We provide everything but the cake. If you do not have a wedding cake vendor in mind, we can suggest local bakeries. Once in place, we are happy to cut and serve.
Dining
Seat up to 800 guests for a grand reception in our Grand Ballroom or a more intimate setting in our Providence Ballroom or 615. Consider the private dining room at JP Charlotte, our flagship restaurant, for a wedding dinner with your closest friends and family. Amaze your wedding guests with superb catering by our in-house culinary staff as you relax and enjoy your special day here in downtown Charlotte.

We thrive on customization. Upon request, our catering team will be happy to collaborate with you to create a custom menu option to accommodate any special dietary needs.
