Signage is provided throughout the hotel, Limited Food and Beverage service, To-go packaging for all room service deliveries. All request items are individually sealed in plastic bags. Partitions at the Front desk and Bar. Fitness center usage is monitored closely. Airport shuttles are cleaned in between each run and equip with sanitizing wipes and masks. All associates and guests are required to wear masks when social distancing is not possible. Mobile Check -in is available through the Bonvoy app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities
In-room glasses and magazines are not available
Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Fitness Center: Open 24 hours/day, usage monitored.
Club Lounge: Closed
Business Center: Open 24 hours/day.
Outdoor Pool: 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM Daily, limited capacity
Meetings and Events Spaces: Operating as normal with additional cleanliness enhancements.
Self Parking: Complimentary.
Airport Shuttle: Available 24 hours/day, masks required at all times, please contact hotel at (972) 929-8400 for pickup

Restaurant/ Lounge: serving dinner from 5 pm - 10 pm daily.
Breakfast: - Hot cooked to order available Mon - Friday 6am - 9am. Grab n' go options available in the Market Saturday and Sunday
The Market: located next to the Front desk is available 24/7
