Cancellation Policy: Guests can find cancellation policy and other terms and conditions detailed in each rate or offer booked.
Early departures: Will incur a fee of 50% of the rate, per night cancelled for reservations with flexible cancellation policy.
Extra guests: A supplement of EUR 90 plus VAT per night will be charged on final bill if a 3rd guest -adult or child- is staying in room.
Pet policy: Cats and dogs of up to 15 kg. are allowed in the hotel as long as they remain surveilled by their owner at all time during the stay. A 100€ fee per stay will be applied and in the case the pet causes any damages, the hotel may charge up to a 500€ extra fee. Only 1 pet per room is allowed. Pets are allowed in room and in public areas (only on a leash), but are not allowed in any areas where food and beverages are served; this includes restaurants, bars, terraces or meeting facilities. The vaccination certificate is required upon arrival.
