The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators. We have also provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests as well as all persons entering the hotel are required to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities:
    • Guests can request contactless additional amenity delivery
    • Disinfectant wipes are available in every room for arriving guests as well as upon request at the Reception Desk
  • Housekeeping Service: Due to the ever-evolving number of Covid cases, for your safety and that of our team members, until further updates and in keeping with a necessary heightened sense of precaution, we are providing housekeeping services on request only. Thank you for your understanding and please know that we are following strict Covid cleaning procedures when entering your room as well as throughout the hotel. All housekeeping services will be conducted while you are away from the room. We also ask that you pack and store away your personal items during this time. Daily housekeeping service includes wiping down high-touch surfaces, making your bed, changing terry, removing trash, replacing used amenities. Please share your preference when you arrive.

We are committed, during these uncertain times, to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. Following services are currently unavailable and temporarily closed at our hotel:

  • Atrium Bar is open 7 days a week from 5:00pm - 10:00pm with limited dinner menu.
