Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you’re in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

  • Signage throughout the hotel to remind guests to maintain social distance, occupancy limits in elevators, usage guidelines for gym equipment and seating reduction in the restaurant in compliance with central and state government guidelines, and partitions installed at the front desk.
  • Mobile check in via the Marriott Bonvoy app and service requests, and room service orders delivered to your doorstep via both the Marriott Bonvoy app and/or text messaging in case the guest does not have the app installed/is not a member.
  • No valet service is available at this property.
  • All guests and staff have to mandatorily submit to a temperature check at the time of entering the property.
  • Arogya Setu is mandatory for associates entering the workplace.
  • Proper in-depth sanitization of guest rooms as per guidelines. Public spaces sanitized multiple times daily at regular intervals.
  • Guests to "book" a time slot for gym usage, to avoid over-crowding and maintain required social distancing (as per occupancy)
  • Electrostatic Spraying. We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayer & disinfectants in all the public areas
  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): All our staff members are equipped with PPE kit (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) and strictly following. All vendors and employees entering the building are getting temperature checks.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayer & disinfectants in all the public areas.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

  • Fitness Center - Open (masks required to be worn at all times)
  • Kids Room - Open (masks required to be worn at all times)
  • Swimming Pool - Open
  • Restaurant - Open, masks mandatory unless dining/eating, no buffet available until further notice. Standard hours of operation are applicable. Limited seating as per new social distancing guidelines.
  • Guests entering the restaurant will be scanned (temperature check) and urged to wear a mask when not eating/drinking.
  • Menus in the restaurant are available through QR code placed on the table in case the guest requests for the same
  • Cutlery/crockery will be placed on the tables after guests are seated
  • In Room Dining is available to all guests, orders will be taken by phone/text messaging/Marriott Bonvoy app and the order will be delivered to the room in covered disposable containers. The order will be placed outside the room and the guest will be intimated that of the same at the time of delivery. The associate will not enter the room to place the order inside.

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out. Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key. Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room
  • Mobile Dining. Not Available
  • Mobile Guest Requests. Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
