Placing an emphasis on whole foods, and locally sourced fish and meats, our menu brims with fresh vegetables, fragrant herbs, and aromatic spices, culminating in vibrant, seasonal dishes each prepared to enhance the natural flavor of each ingredient. Guests are invited to dine al fresco, alongside our organic garden and observe the gastronomic journey. We believe that our open-air kitchen is our culinary duty, and a responsibility, allowing you to view the entire process while enjoying an enviable view of the island of Spinalonga.
