When are the deposits and final payments due?
An initial deposit of the ceremony fee is due with the signed contract. There will be two equal payments (that will add up to your food and beverage minimum), which will be specified in your contract. The remaining balance will be due seven business days before the event.

Is there special pricing for vendor and children's meals?
If children 4 to 12 years old are having the same meal as the adults, they are charged half price of the food portion of the package price. Children 3 years old and under are complimentary. Anyone between the ages of 13 and 20 is charged the package price, minus the bar. If you would like to offer the children special plated meals, please contact your Catering Manager for pricing information. Please ask for more details regarding vendor meals with your certified wedding planner.

How many entrée choices are allowed for the plated meals?
You may give your guests up to three entrée choices. You will need to provide a guest list with entrée selection no later than three business days prior to the event. You will also need to provide place cards to designate the guest's entrée selection.

What décor does the hotel provide?
The hotel allows the client and their outside vendors to provide their own décor. The hotel provides complimentary white/yellow tablecloths and napkins.

Do you charge a cake-cutting fee?
Please contact our certified wedding planners for additional details regarding cake-cutting charges. The Resort does not allow any outside food or beverage, with the exception of the wedding cake to be provided by the client.
