Spa Soleil FAQ's - Frequently Asked Questions 

 

How do I make a reservation?
We recommend making a reservation for all your spa treatments. Please plan ahead, as weekends and holidays book up quickly at the resort. You may contact us via e-mail or telephone to schedule spa treatments. A credit card is required to hold your appointment as there is a 24 hour cancellation policy on all services.

What if I have special health conditions?
Please make sure to inform the spa concierge of any physical conditions you have that may affect your spa treatments, including, but not limited to skin irritations, high blood pressure, heart condition, pregnancy, epilepsy, post-operative states and diabetes. If you are in the first trimester of pregnancy we do not perform massage treatments.

What do I wear during the treatment?
You are provided with a robe, spa sandals, and a towel in your private locker. For massages, undress to your comfort level. For body treatments or teen services we suggest a bathing suit for your comfort.

What if I experience any discomfort during my treatment?
If you have a special request to make your treatment more enjoyable such as dimmer lights, softer music, an extra blanket, etc. Please do not hesitate to ask. If there are certain things you wish your therapist NOT to do such as work on your feet, your face, your abdomen or scalp/hair, please communicate your desires. If something is not to your comfort, please let your service provider know immediately.

What about my jewelry and valuables?
Please leave these personal items in the safe in your hotel room. You are provided with a locker to lock up personal items, and you are responsible for any valuables you may bring into the facilities. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

What if I am late for an appointment?
Arriving late will decrease the time of your treatment. Your treatment must end on time, so that the next guest is not delayed. We will be able to provide as much of your scheduled appointment as time allows.
