The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.

  • Signage throughout our hotel will remind guests to maintain social distancing with occupancy limits and revised seating capacities in our restaurants, fitness and spa areas in compliance with Thai government guidance.
  • Hand sanitizer stations are available in high-traffic areas.
  • No valet service is currently available.
  • We encourage the use of the Marriott Bonvoy App for a faster check-in. You will still be required to present an ID upon arrival. Contact our Guest Services team throughout your stay via the Mobile Chat option.
  • Luggage assistance is available.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic and high touch points including restrooms, elevators, and door knobs as well as provided hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): All associates are required to wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. All vendors and employees entering the building are getting temperature checks.
  • Electrostatic Sprayer: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest. Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, you will receive daily housekeeping service while you are away from the room.
  • All pools are regularly disinfected to ensure cleanliness.
  • All linens are packed in sanitized covers to avoid contamination during transporting.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Breakfast is served at Loca Vore restaurant, features an extensive buffet with many choices, including a la carte selections. Lunch is served at Sand Box Beachfront Bar & Eatery, Takieng Thai restaurant and Doppio Healthy Cafe and dinner is offered at Sand Box and Takieng Thai restaurant. 

All of our venues and banquet spaces have been adapted to comply with the local law and are limited to 40% of total capacity and 1.5 meters between tables. 

Room service is available every day from 7:00am to 12:00am. (kitchen open until 11:30pm) Pick-up service is also available directly from the restaurant.

We strongly recommend advance booking and credit/debit card payments.

For the health and safety of our associates & customers, the following precautions may be in place during your event:

  • Social distancing measure of more than one meter which may include one-way system, space capacity limits in public areas (e.g. restrooms, lifts).
  • Hand sanitizer stations in public areas, event spaces and face coverings available on request for all guests.
  • Single use cutlery, cups, water bottles/cans, function rooms linen-less table setup.
  • Enhanced Cleaning Protocols including but not limited to: disinfect all equipment setup before/after meeting, routine cleaning throughout day of high-touch areas.
  • Food will be pre-boxed/pre-packed with no self-service buffets.
  • Staggered arrivals, departures and breaks. Queuing may be required.
  • Group lead contact details will be kept with our safety and security team to support government contact tracing initiative.

Our dedicated event planner will work with event organizers on the implementation of protocols and procedures specific of your event.
