Caroline’s Four Hundred - aptly named after the legendary 400 notable guests who attended the by-invitation-only splendid balls held by ‘The’ Mrs Astor, doyenne of New York’s Gilded Age society and the founding matriarch of St. Regis. The scent embraces all of the blooms that adorned her ballroom on those unforgettable evenings in the 1900s.

Executive Pastry Chef, Gael Moutet has captured each of these notes in his exquisite dessert creations.
