We have implemented tougher and specialized cleaning and disinfection protocols for rooms, public areas and back of the house, with special attention to articles and areas where there is a high level of contact. At the end of our guest's stay, a room recuperation protocol will be executed to sanitize all areas and articles within it.
The frequency and schedule of the room cleaning service will be coordinated in advance with the guests in order to minimize contact.
Sanitation stations will be implemented in strategic and visible areas in the hotel. Their constant use will be encouraged.
We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection in public areas and back of the house. In addition, we are incorporating state-of-the-art cleaning equipment such as Victory electrostatic sprayers, in order to strengthen our procedures. Among the amenities of the room, guests will find disposable disinfectant wipes.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
