Medinaceli Ballroom
The ballrooms at The Palace are spacious and highly versatile, where partitions allow for the creation of independent floorplans. Classically designed with crystal chandeliers, each room has been decorated with a muted color palette, providing a backdrop that optimizes the individuality of each setting. Ideal for largescale gatherings that can be configured as required, all bolstered by an unrivaled team, on hand to oversee any event to the highest standard.

Majestic Meetings
Neptuno
Inspired by the magnificent Neptuno Fountain that stands at the front of the hotel, the Neptuno room is the largest conference space within the property. Refined décor that honors the majesty and power of the sea god, gives the room a luxurious quality where bold artworks, plush carpeting and classical fixtures interplay to provide an impressive setting. Easily transformed, it can be divided to create a smaller area or combined with the Cánovas or Cervantes rooms to offer a grander backdrop for meetings.

Enchanting Boardroom Setting
Mata Hari
Named in homage to legendary femme fatale, Mata Hari, this boardroom has been theatricality styled with a stunning draped glass chandelier as the focal point. Its dark blue and white décor provides an enigmatic ambience, while tub seating and large table sets the optimal scene for inspired conversation.

Meeting rooms
Cánovas
Taking its name from the influential 19th century Spanish politician, the Cánovas room reflects his love of equestrianism, medieval history and literature. Walls are lined with some of the hotel’s oldest artworks making a bold statement, complemented by a custom-designed chandelier. Perfectly suited to smaller events, this circular space can host up to 120 guests, or more, if combined with Neptuno or Cervantes.
Julio Camba
Beautifully preserved with the hotel’s original architectural features, Julio Camba room sets a classical scene with authentic cornicing, crystal chandeliers and marble fireplace. Bespoke artworks bring the room into the 21st century allowing a seamless blend of tradition and creativity. Able to host up to 110 guests, it provides an excellent setting for private dinners, evening cocktails or board meetings.
Prado
Crafted to reference the hotel’s historic past, the Prado room is one of the more classical settings that showcases the original features of the property. Perfectly sized for small private functions or business meetings, it offers a refined backdrop for up to 40 guests.
Hemingway
This boardroom is an homage to the famous 20th century writer and guest of The Palace during Madrid’s golden age. Emulating Hemingway’s appeal, it has been styled in dark walnut with leather furnishings and vintage originals, including writing desk, rare maps of Cuba and typewriter. Hosting up to 30 guests, it is an elegant space that can accommodate board meetings, roundtable conferences and more.
Cortes
The triptych of Cortes rooms, accessed via an elegant foyer, provides an adaptable floorplan with partitioned and interconnecting options. Spanning 181m2, they allow for up to 120 guests when grandeur is required, while more intimate occasions can be hosted in one of the three independent settings.
Cervantes
Classically designed in rich red tones and natural wood, the Cervantes room celebrates the novelist’s classic literary protagonist, ‘Don Quixote’, through artwork and plush furnishings that reference the story and creates a warm, inviting atmosphere. Accommodating up to 110 guests, it is suited to smaller gatherings, with the opportunity to increase capacity by linking to the Neptuno or Cánovas rooms.
Salacia
Named after the Roman goddess of the oceans, the Salacia Room reflects a fluid, calm, and timeless atmosphere. Filled with natural light, it accommodates up to 10 guests in a boardroom layout, ideal for executive meetings or strategy sessions, with direct access to the Business Center for seamless functionality.
