The hotel accommodates flexible Morning Celebrations (ideally concluding around 5:30 PM) and Evening Celebrations (starting no earlier than 8:00 PM and generally concluding around 12:30 AM out of respect for other guests).

      Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be moved.
