Weekend Riverside Brunch

A new weekend brunch menu inspired by good ol’ Northern favourites has landed in Manchester, bringing together familiar flavours, local produce, and refined comfort food with a distinctly Northern influence. Served from 12-5pm every Saturday and Sunday, the new offering is a nod to Manchester and the wider North West, celebrating regional favourites and northern home comforts with a contemporary twist. Rooted in honest, the menu showcases standout dishes like Manchester Toast and an iconic Spicy Bloody Mary, alongside flavour-packed plates that highlight ingredients such as Cumberland sausage, Garstang blue cheese, Eden Valley bacon, Manchester ale and the true Mancunian fave - Vimto. The influence is unmistakably Northern - comfort food at heart, but elevated. Expect crumpets in place of bread rolls, chimichurri paired with halloumi, and peppercorn sauce polished rather than heavy. It’s brunch that feels familiar, but excitingly new. Whilst the same menu will be available both days, expect the vibes to be switched up. Saturday has been named ‘The Saturday Social’ with an upbeat soundtrack perfect for those social gatherings and drinks with the girls. Sunday come with the tagline ‘The Sunday Toast’ where the atmosphere is a more relaxed, laid-back feel complete with Sunday papers and board-games so you can take your time and take it easy - just what Sundays were made for.
