Quattro Authentic Italian Cuisine
The cuisine and wineries in Italy's various regions are varied and abundant. At Quattro, we provide specialized regional meals in addition to our standard menu. Depending on the fresh ingredients that are currently available in Italy, the areas can change every month, moving from north to south or seasonally. Beginning in November, we will provide a menu from Piedmont, the region that is home to our chefs and kitchen, and where we will feature the Alba White Tartufo.
The chefs include daily specials such as risotto, fish, and Angus Prime Cuts of Beef. At your table, Quattro hostesses will describe these dishes to you. The foods of your choice can be paired with our wine director's assistance.
