Moskovsky and Yaroslavl Meeting Rooms

Featuring spectacular Kremlin views Moskovsky and Yaroslavl rooms ensure a triumphant atmosphere for any private function or corporate event.

  • Featuring spectacular Kremlin views Moskovsky and Yaroslavl rooms ensure a triumphant atmosphere for any private function or corporate event.

  • With large windows allowing in lots of natural daylight beautiful ornate ceiling paintings Moskovsky and Yaroslavl rooms provide an exceptional environment for wedding receptions, corporate functions or private parties. Both rooms have full air-conditioning, good ceiling heights (3.90 m), Wi-Fi Internet Access, electric sockets 220V, radio channels, chandeliers, light control panel and a telephone access point. An extensive range of conference support services/equipment can be arranged on request.
  • Moskovsky room also benefits from adjoining to Yaroslavl room, so two rooms may be used together, if required. The interconnecting Yaroslavl room is ideal for catering, accompanying a business meeting, providing a separate area for coffee breaks, welcome coffee and etc. Separate use of each hall is also possible.
  • These rooms are not available for morning functions, as are used for buffet breakfast served for hotel guests as part of accommodation package.

Pskov Meeting Rooms

With large windows allowing in lots of natural daylight all Pskov rooms are suitable for a variety of functions including conferences, presentations, training courses, receptions or private dinner parties.

  • The Pskovs conference area comprises three meeting rooms - Pskov, Pskov I and Pskov II, which can be isolated or interconnected. Depending on the function type Pskov rooms may be booked separately or together. Upon request the Pskovs conference area can be divided into three separate rooms for independent events or it can be converted into a joint larger room comprising two or all three rooms for a bigger corporate or private function. The Pskovs conference area also has the added advantage of a large lobby, which can be used for registration, coffee-breaks or cocktail. All Pskov rooms have full air-conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet Access (free for Hotel guests), High Speed Wired Internet (for surcharge), electric sockets 220V, radio channels, light control panel and a telephone access point. An extensive range of conference support services/equipment can be arranged on request.

Petrovsky & Petrovsky I Meeting Rooms

Petrovsky room is the largest function room at the hotel. This meeting room is conveniently located having a separate entrance from Tverskaya street, own cloakroom and spacious lounge area, which along with its dimensions is ideal for large conferences, presentations, workshops, corporate and private banquets, dining or celebrations.

  • The spacious room accommodates up to 170 delegates for a theater style conference or up to 200 guests for a cocktail. Petrovsky room also benefits from adjoining to Petrovsky I, so two rooms may be used together, if required. The interconnecting Petrovsky I room is ideal for catering accompanying a business meeting or a conference, providing a separate area for coffee breaks, welcome reception and etc. Separate use of each room is also possible. Sergiyev Posad, Uglich, Novgorod Meeting Room

All rooms are ideal for small meetings, workshops, training sessions, one-to-one meetings and interviews. One of the rooms can also be used as an office in conjunction with larger conferences. All rooms offer natural daylight, full air-conditioning, good ceiling heights (3.80 m), Wi-Fi Internet Access, electric sockets 220V, radio channels, chandelier, light control panel, and a telephone access point.

Romanovsky Meeting Room

Ideally suits for a function arranged for up to 12 people. It makes a stylish meeting/board room or a private dining venue. The room offers natural daylight, has full air-conditioning, good ceiling heights (3.90 m), Wi-Fi Internet Access (free for Hotel guests), electric sockets 220V, radio channels, chandelier, light control panel and a telephone access point. E-Shape, U-Shape and T-Shape
Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.
Theater
Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be moved.
Reception
Stand-up social function where beverages and light foods are served. Foods may be presented on small buffet tables or passed by servers. May precede a meal function.
Schoolroom or Classroom
