We have improved the cleaning services provided in public spaces and our hotel rooms according to the new protocols implemented by Marriott.
Public spaces: we have increased the frequency in which we clean and disinfect highly concurred areas such as the bathrooms, elevators and stairs; we also have installed dispensers with antibacterial gel within reach of every guest.
Personal safety gear: our staff members will have their proper safety gear on at all times in accordance to the instructions provided by local authorities. We request our guests to wear their masks in our public spaces.
Room services: in order to keep the surfaces sanitized the rooms will not be provided with a coffeemaker, nonetheless, you may request to be sent one at all times which will be sanitized and delivered to your room.
Disinfecting wipes: available in your room on your arrival, you may also request them.
New technologies: we use electrostatic sprayers with hospital grade disinfectant to back up our already rigorous cleaning protocols.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
