The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.

Bavaria currently has a special travel regulation. Guests are asked to inform themself regularly and shortly before arrival about the local regulations and hygiene measures, as there may be restrictions for the stay at Roomers.

Signage throughout our hotel are in place reminding guests to maintain social distancing as well as informing the occupancy limits, reduced seating capacities in our restaurant, bar, and spa area. All in compliance with local and state mandates.

Reservations in advance are welcomed for our restaurant and bar.

Mobile check-in, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door.

Luggage service is still offered.

Valet parking service is not offered in order to prevent any risk for our guests as well as our employees.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators, as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests have to wear personal face coverings.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Spa: 10 AM - 9 PM - social distancing required, facilities are open based on local regulations and restrictions
Gym: 24/7 - social distancing required, limited access
Shuttle: available upon request, limited access
