Commitment to Clean
We take hygiene and cleanliness standards very seriously. In keeping up with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:
Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g. face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities.
Wearing a face mask is still recommended for protecting yourself and others.
The room amenities have been adapted to the current hygiene standards. Guest rooms are not entered in the evening. therefore, no turn-down or 'Make a green Choice' service is currently offered. Of course we will bring fresh towels to the room upon request.
Room Amenities:
- In-room coffee makers are currently available. Amenities in the minibar were removed and guest will be able to purchase items in the Grab and Go market.
- Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.
- All printed media have been removed in the rooms, but can be requested at the front desk.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact out team at any time.
