As a tribute to the remains of the Roman baths on the hill in Cimiez, Nice, Hôtel du Couvent presents a Roman-inspired thermal circuit. True to ancient tradition, guests can move through three successive baths : the tepidarium (temperate), the caldarium (hot), and the frigidarium (cold), before unwinding in the unctuarium, which offers a range of natural treatments and manual techniques as part of a personalized program in partnership with selected brands and specialists. In addition to the open-air swimming pool in the baths, the hotel offers a 20-metre lap pool in the garden, a smaller plunge pool adjacent to La Guinguette, and the Movement Studio, a space dedicated to dance, functional workouts, pilates, yoga, and other ground-based exercises.
