    Laperouse Ballroom

    This flexible 431m² ballroom can be divided into two smaller rooms: Lapérouse 1 with 147m² and Lapérouse 2 with 284m². It can host up to 400 persons in classroom-style or for cocktails. It is great venue for weddings, special evenings, cocktails, meetings or conferences.

    James Cook Room

    James Cook is one of our mid-size conference rooms. It measures 120m² and can host up to 80 poeple theatre-style. It is equiped with a permanent video projector and a screen. It is perfectly fitted fo meetings, conferences, business fonctions, cocktails or special evenings.

    Entrecasteaux Room

    Adjacent to the James Cook rooom, Entrecasteaux room is one of our mid-size conference rooms. It measures 77m² and can host up to 60 poeple theatre-style. It is equiped with a permanent video projector and a screen. It is perfectly fitted fo meetings, conferences, business fonctions, cocktails or special evenings.

    Bougainville Room

    The Bougainville room is a flexible meeting room. It measures 63m² and can be divided in to two small metting rooms of equal size. It is ideal for one on one or small groups meetings When renting the two rooms as separate meetings rooms, be aware the they are not soundproof.

    Games’ Room

    Our Games room is a 84m² VIP boardroom suited for up to 20 persons. It is equiped with a permanent wooden oval table and a videoprojector. It features soothing views of the garden and the net curtains allow to dim the natural light for more comfort during your projections. For a short break enjoy the leather sofas and expresso coffee machine. It will perfectly host your meeting, small conference, or business fon

    Le Fare

    What better than an unmatched beachfront location to host your cocktail or reception at night in paradise? Enjoy stunning sunsets and the lights of the Anse Vata. It can host 150 persons under Le Faré roof and can be extended with marquees. It perfectly welcome events such as weddings, cocktails, gala dinner or welcome reception.

    Conference and Hollow Square
    Appropriate for interactive discussions and note-taking sessions for fewer than 25 people. Many hotels have elegant "boardrooms" for 10 to 20 people, equipped with full audiovisual capabilities, a writing board, cork board and a flip chart.
    E-Shape, U-Shape and T-Shape
    Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.
    Theater
    Appropriate for large sessions and short lectures that do not require extensive note-taking. This is a convenient setup to use before breaking into discussion or role-playing groups because chairs can be moved.
    Reception
    Stand-up social function where beverages and light foods are served. Foods may be presented on small buffet tables or passed by servers. May precede a meal function.
    Schoolroom or Classroom
    The most desirable setup for medium to large-size lectures. Requires a relatively large room. Tables provide attendees with space for spreading out materials and taking notes.
