Inspired by Jacque Couelle's design vision for the hotel, Cala di Volpe Restaurant enjoys a charmingly rustic yet sophisticated aesthetic, complemented perfectly by the Chef Maurizio Locatelli's refined interpretation of the bold flavours of Sardinia. Cala di Volpe Restaurant can host up to 220 guests accommodated on a banquet set-up.

The poolside alfresco setting of the Cala di Volpe Barbecue enjoys picturesque views of the emerald colored bay. Lavish lunch buffets presented on slabs of Sardinian marble display mouth-watering local delicacies, from fresh seafood to homemade pastas. The dining area can host up to 280 persons for a sit-down dinner, with additional space available for a cocktail reception.

Appropriate for interactive discussions and note-taking sessions for fewer than 25 people. Many hotels have elegant "boardrooms" for 10 to 20 people, equipped with full audiovisual capabilities, a writing board, cork board and a flip chart.
E-Shape, U-Shape and T-Shape
Appropriate for groups of fewer than 40 people. These are best for interaction with a leader seated at the head of the setup. Audiovisual is usually best set up at the open end of the seating.
Theater
