The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.

A full spectrum of social distancing guidelines have been implemented throughout each property, including:

• Altered traffic flow to support 6-foot spacing
• Removed brochure racks
• Removed unnecessary furnishings
• Installation of signage across the property campus to remind Owners, guests, and associates of social distancing requirements.
• Reduction of seating in common areas, such as lobbies
• Closure of every other stall in common area restrooms
• Limitations on occupancy in fitness centers and removal of certain equipment, where applicable.
• Reductions in pool deck seating, where applicable
• Continued closure of activities centers and kid's clubs. where applicable

In keeping with Our Next Level of Clean and Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and accommodations. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: With increased frequency and enhanced cleaning tools, you'll get a heightened level of clean and health safety throughout shared areas. You will find hand sanitizer stations at high-traffic public spaces like the lobby, front desk, elevator landings, food & beverage entrances and fitness center entrances.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): All associates will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Your Clean Home Away from Home

All of your private vacation spaces now undergo an even more robust regimen of cleaning protocols.

• Hospital-grade disinfectants are used in every villa/room, before every check-in.
• Disinfectant wipes are available in the villa/room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.
• Each villa/room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, with particular attention paid to high-touch surfaces, such as light switches, door handles, remote controls, countertops, climate controls, and appliance doors using hospital-grade disinfectants
• Removal and replacement of all unused linen/terry from villas/rooms
• Removal and replacement of all unused bathroom amenities, such as soap and shampoo
• Removal and replacement of all opened paper products, such as toilet and facial tissues
• In support of continued enhanced public area cleaning, enhanced villa/room departure cleans, and for the health and safety of property associates, daily housekeeping service, such as daily tidies, is currently unavailable.

•    Early check-in

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING THE WESTIN RANCHO MIRAGE GOLF RESORT & SPA:
As of July 15, 2020, the adjacent Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa is no longer managed by Marriott International. With this change, access to the adjacent resort is not currently available by shuttle or walking path.

• To access the golf course, or restaurants at the Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa , Villas guests may drive to the resort or walk along Dinah Shore Drive to the main entrance. Parking may be validated with purchases at these outlets.
• Room charges for purchases at The Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa are not currently available.
• Pools at the adjacent resort are not currently available to The Westin Mission Hills Resort Villas, Palm Springs Owners and guests. Please use only the East Pool or Paradise Pool at the Westin Mission Villas Resort & Villas.
• The Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa does offer day passes for a fee. Please contact The Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa for availability and pricing.
• Shuttle Service is not available to/from The Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa.

Parking Information
Parking effective on February 1, 2021 will be as follows:

$20 - First Vehicle
$35 - Second Vehicle

Please contact the resort in advance to arrange parking for the a second vehicle. Please note: Parking is not available on site for larger vehicles such as motorhomes, vehicles with trailers, watercraft or similar. Please contact the property in advance for assistance.

Service Animal Policy

Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at the resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a Room Recovery Fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a Room Recovery Fee in the amount of $500 per pet, and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.

Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

Free Wi-Fi & No Resort Fees
At The Westin Mission Hills Resort Villas, Palm Springs, enjoy complimentary wireless Internet in all villas and public areas. We also do not charge resort fees.
