The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.

MARRIOTT TRAVEL GUIDE

Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests of California's Indoor Mask Mandate until February 15th as well as reminders of social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and California mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities

To minimize contact, housekeeping services will be provided once a week for reservations 5 days or more.
Daily trash and/or linen service will be provided.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

  • Fitness Center: Open, masks required at all times.
  • Pool: Open, social distancing recommended.
  • Market Pantry: Open, mask required to purchase.
  • Bar Fifty Five: Open Wednesday - Sunday from 4PM to 10PM, masks required when not eating or drinking.
  • Lobby Lounges: Open, masks required for entry.
