Pure Relaxation in the Sauna Area
You can lean back and relax in our saunas while the heat gently stimulates your circulation and blood flow. Our brine steam bath with a temperature of 42°C to 45°C, the infrared heat cabin with 38°C to 42°C, the sanarium with 55°C to 70°C or the Finnish sauna with 80°C to 100°C provideplenty of opportunities to switch off and relax. Between sauna sessions, guests can retreat to the relaxation room equipped with its illuminated salt stone wall and loungers to banish the stress for good.

Anyone who prefers to work up a sweat can stick to their training schedule at the in-house gym. The lightflooded fitness centre is open to sports enthusiasts 24/7 is fitted with state-of-the-art Techno-Gym equipment and a Kinesis workout machine to put both your strength and endurance to the test.

A day ticket to the Jagdhof Spa costs €39 from Monday to Sunday, subject to advance booking and availability.
After-Work Spa
You can visit our after-work spa from 5 pm to 10 pm from Monday to Thursday. Admission costs €29.00. Please note that the sauna is open from 9 am to 11 am and from 4 pm to 9 pm.

Spa Information
The spa area is a place of relaxation and tranquility. We kindly ask that you help to promote this atmosphere and are considerate regarding our guests’ privacy. Out of consideration for other guests, we request that you put your mobile telephones on silent during your spa stay. We request that you wear swimwear and pool shoes in the pool area. We would like to kindly ask that you do not wear swimwear when visiting the sauna facility for hygiene reasons. Please feel free to use a sauna towel as an alternative.
Children under the age of 12 years may only use the pool when accompanied by an adult. Children who wear nappies will require a plastic nappy wrap over their nappy or special swim nappies when swimming. The sauna facility is also a nude area and may only be used by those aged 16 years and over. We kindly request that children remain quiet in these rooms.
Our sauna area invites you to relax and unwind. Opening hours:
· Sanarium: daily from 9:00–21:00
· Steam Bath: daily from 9:00–21:00
· Finnish Sauna: daily from 16:00–21:00
· Infrared Cabin: daily from 9:00–21:00
Please note that this is a quiet, nude area designed for complete relaxation. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted. Treat yourself to a soothing break in our spa.
