A dedicated dog lounge and exclusive check-in counter are available to dog owners to ensure comfort and convenience at every point of the stay. Our Dog Lounge assures you of a relaxing time with your dog. We offer paid services for shampooing and trimming in the lounge; in addition, we provide the Dog Cabin service so you can leave your dog for a short time when you go out. Terms of Stay

Being one of the few luxury pet-friendly hotels in Tokyo, guests and their dogs also have special access to the hotel’s Dog Lounge. *Some services are charged. A maximum of two dogs per guest room are allowed. *The total weight of all dogs must be 33 lb/15 kg or less per dog. When staying in a Dog-Friendly Room, please complete Rabies and combination vaccinations in advance and fill out necessary information in the Lodging agreement upon check-in. (Our staff at Dog Lovers’ Suites at Tokyo Bay will contact you via e-mail with more details after we confirm the booking.) The room rate for Dog Friendly rooms does not include dog fee. Additional daily charge of JPY 2,500 per dog and cleaning fee of JPY5,500 per stay will apply. You must use our etiquette dog service in the Dog Lounge upon arrival and before entering the room. (Cleaning of the dog’s buttocks, nail cutting, ear cleaning, and brushing)
