The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.

Signage throughout our hotel in the public spaces and elevator landings remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities. Partitions installed at front desks, restrooms, and food and beverage service areas and distanced seating in our lobby level restaurant also invite guests to social distance.

Mobile check-in, mobile-key and web-based check-in are available to guests. Amenity requests and in-room dining orders are available by calling the guest and through mobile chat. These items can be picked up at the front desk, in disposable packaging.

No valet service is currently available for parking; guest self parking is available.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: by our designated Clean Team: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear Renaissance branded face masks and shields based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols in all public spaces.
  • Room Amenities: In-room coffee makers remain in the guest rooms with individually packaged coffee and condiments.
  • Disinfectant Gel: Available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

  • Washington D.C. requires face masks to be worn at all times inside all buildings
  • Fitness Center: Open 24 hours with room key card

On-Site Food & Beverage offerings opening and hours may change. It's best to contact the front desk at the hotel for more information during your stay for additional information and questions. Currently the hotel is offering Food & Beverage offerings on-site at the following outlets;

  • Mixx - Offering Full Breakfast from 7:00 am - 11:00 am, Monday-Friday. Dinner offered Thursday, Friday and Saturdays from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm
  • 15 Square - Offering Full breakfast options on Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 am - 11:00am
  • Liberty Market - Located on the lobby level of the hotel, Market Deli style offering the perfect grab and go snacks, sandwiches and fresh salads. Perfect alternative to a restaurant meal for those that are on the move. Open 7 days a week from 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm and food available from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm
  • Starbucks - Located on the lobby level of the hotel, open 7 days a week from 6:00 am - 5:00 pm
