Eating Clean, Redefined

The Westin Riverfront’s food & beverage outlets compost all fruit, vegetable and food scraps, coffee grounds and other waste. The organic materials are then used in the resort’s on-site Mountains of Wellness Garden, which grows herbs, lettuces and vegetables seasonally. Our food & beverage outlets also use organic and locally sourced menu items, and we eliminated the use of all plastic straws in 2019.

Fitness equipment includes an outdoor gym with cardio and strength equipment taking advantage of Colorado’s abundant sunshine and fresh air and enhancing people’s performance, mood and health.
