Our Royal City Ballroom is our largest event space with a maximum capacity of 450-500 guests. The Ballroom features large windows, 2 outdoor patios, high ceilings and can be divided into two to fit every event style. Our Gryphon Ken Danby room is one of our more versatile spaces, as it can be separated into 2 rooms depending on the event and guest count. Combined, the Gryphon Ken Danby Room can hold up to a maximum guest count of 150 people making it great for receptions, dinners, and meetings.
Flanders and John McCrae
Our Flanders and John McCrae rooms share the same capacity limits and venue space for your event. Both John McCrae and Flanders have a maximum guest count of 100. Each room is perfect for intimate events, meetings, receptions, and breakout rooms.
Group Dining Room
Our Group Dining Room is located inside our restauraunt Bar Mason, and features a cozy, modern setting. With a guest capacity of 50 people, our group dining room is perfect for gatherings, showers, and smaller meetings.
