- Complimentary Airport Shuttle is available 4:00am - 10:00pm daily
- Valet service is offered with hygiene protocols in place
Pool:
- Pool is open daily from 5:00am - 11:00pm
Fitness Centre:
- Fitness Centre is open daily from 5:00am - 11:00pm
Airport Shuttle:
The Westin Wall Centre, Vancouver Airport provides complimentary airport shuttle service from and to the Vancouver International Airport (YVR). Courtesy Shuttle Pick-up and Drop-off Zones are located on Departures Level 3
ARRIVAL AT THE INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL
- After you have arrived at the airport and collected your bags, proceed through the final Canada Customs Inspection.
- Once in the welcome reception area by the two tall totem poles with outstretched arms, go up to the Departures Level 3.
- The courtesy shuttle pick-up zone is outside of the International Terminal near the transborder check in area, look for signage inside the terminal.
- Look out for courtesy shuttle phone outside the exit. Use the courtesy phone to call the hotel to let us know you are ready for pick-up.
- Alternatively, use your phone to call the hotel direct at 604-303-6565 for pick-up.
- Due to the airport security, our shuttle bus is not permitted to wait for guests.
- Hotel Shuttle service is available between 4:00am and 10:00pm.
- For arrivals after 10:00pm, take a taxi and keep your receipt for a refund up to $20 at the hotel front desk.

FOR GUESTS ARRIVING FROM WITHIN CANADA
- After you have arrived at the airport and collected your bags, proceed to Departures Level 3.
- The courtesy shuttle pick-up zone is outside of the Domestic Terminal Building to the right at the end of the Domestic departure terminal.
- Look out for courtesy shuttle phone outside the exit. Use the courtesy phone to call the hotel to let us know you are ready for pick-up.
- Alternatively, use your phone to call the hotel direct at 604-303-6565 for pick-up.
- Due to the airport security, our shuttle bus is not permitted to wait for guests.
