Executive Chef Frank Amore

Chef Frank began his culinary career at the young age of fifteen in a small restaurant washing dishes. 

He went on to work at various restaurants in the Greater Toronto area, and curated his passion into a career - acquiring his professional training at George Brown Culinary School. Joining Marriott in 1998, he worked his way up the brigade and was a key member during the opening of the JW Steakhouse.

Born and raised in the Toronto area Chef Frank believes you never stop learning! His approach to cooking is fresh, simple ingredients prepared properly.

In his current role at as Executive Chef Frank oversees culinary operations of Wayside Social, as well as banquet, catering and Fresh Bites.

  • Breakfast: 6:30AM - 11:00AM
  • Lunch: 11:00AM – 2:00PM
  • Dinner: 5:00PM – 10:00PM
