Pets Welcome

Dogs are only accepted within the established maximum weight, other types of pets are not accepted at the hotel.

For the comfort of your dog

For your comfort and your pet during your stay at the hotel, a dog bed will be placed in your room as well as two metal containers for water and food (both food and feeding the dog is the responsibility of the guest). These items are provided at no additional cost for your use during your stay. If you would like to purchase any of these items for use at home, check with the hotel for the cost that will be charged to your room.

Room cleaning fee (dog in room)

Please note that a non-refundable pet room cleaning fee of $ 100.00 per stay will be added, this will be charged to your account prior to departure to cover the cost of additional cleaning required in preparation for our next guest. If fumigation of the room is required due to a pest infestation, an additional fee will apply on top of the cleaning fee.

Acceptable pets

We welcome all well-behaved dogs. We reserve the right to stay on the premises of any pet exhibiting dangerous or unacceptable behavior, including but not limited to biting, excessive noise (such as barking), evidence of illness, or urination / defecation in non-designated areas without handling suitable. Only one (1) pet is allowed per room. Each guest is responsible for all charges related to the removal of their pet, including, but not limited to, transportation and kennel charges.

• We accept dogs with a maximum weight of 18kg or 40 pounds.
• It is essential to present the vaccination card as evidence of having all the vaccinations up to date, as well as the certificate that shows that you have been properly dewormed externally and internally.

Dog friendly areas

Dogs are allowed only in the following areas: rooms, gardens, and parking. Dogs are not allowed in public areas, pool area or where food and beverages are served and / or consumed. For your comfort, the hotel has trails equipped with deposits where you must place your dog's waste. Only place your dog's waste in the receptacle provided for that purpose.

Control / containment of dogs in public areas

Dogs must be on their leash or inside their container/carrier when they are in all permitted areas of the hotel, including the path mentioned in the previous point.

Post the "Dog in Room" sign on the outside of your door whenever your dog is inside the room.

Cleaning

For the safety and comfort of your pet, housekeeping will enter your room only if:

a) Your dog is not present.

b) You are present and can monitor your dog (dog must be on a leash).

c) Your dog is caged.

Damage to rooms and common areas

Your hotel bill will be charged for the cost of repairing or replacing any damage caused by your dog.

Reservation

It is essential to contact the hotel before your arrival to add your pet to the room reservation. This allows us to clarify points about the stay, make arrangements in your room with the bed and dishes, and confirm the availability of the hotel.
