Youth Sports Team Dinner Credit Promotion Terms & Conditions
Valid on new group sales agreements of 10 – 30 room nights on peak and intended for youth sport or team travel, signed by June 30, 2026, and set to actualize by December 31, 2026, at participating properties in U.S. and Canada.
Eligible participants confirm that, by taking part in this promotion, they accept these Terms and Conditions. Eligible participants may earn a credit between $100 and $200 per qualifying event. Maximum standard credit is $200; however, individual hotels may offer a larger credit at their discretion. Credit may be applied as a food & beverage credit, a credit to the master bill, a credit on the contract signer’s folio, or via a gift card to a local restaurant, at the discretion of the participating property. Credit may not cover the full cost of a team dinner. Credit will be issued in the local currency of the participating property. U.S. properties will issue credits in USD, and Canadian properties will issue credits in CAD. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the group. Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, or discounts unless agreed to by the participating property. To qualify for this promotion, the promo code TEAMDINNER must be referenced in written form and acknowledged by participating property prior to signing group contract. Promotion is subject to availability (blackout dates may apply) and is only valid if agreed to or offered by the participating property prior to full execution of the applicable group sales agreement and memorialized in the group sales agreement. The promotion is not valid for any room blocks or events that have already been booked or that are under negotiation. Intermediaries and third-party booking agents are not eligible for this promotion. Only direct bookings with participating properties or through official Marriott channels qualify.
