All reservation must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at the time of booking. Le Meridien Chaingmai reserves the right to either charge or pre-authorizes the provided credit card. Non-valid credit card will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation. Full payment to be deducted 30 days prior to the arrival date to the credit card given via reservation link. Any late cancellation, No Show, Early departure or any amendment referring to a period of stay after the cutoff date, the entire stay will be charged to credit cards automatically and cannot be offset against canceled room on another date. Extra person will be charged THB1500 per person per night inclusive of service for three adults or the use of the existing day bed, with a maximum of three adults or two adults and one child per room.
