It is important that you contact W Aspen by January 22, 2020 to take advantage of the block of discounted room rates. There is a 45-day cancellation policy. Cancellations and modifications may be made without penalty 45 or more days prior to arrival date. Any cancellations or modifications within 45 days of the arrival date will forfeit 100% of deposit received. Please note bedding type is not guaranteed and bedding is subject to change at any time.
