DELEGATES CANCELLATION & DEPOSIT POLICY At the time of booking, guests will be charged one night’s room and tax as a non refundable deposit. The remaining nights room rates and taxes will be charged 15 days prior to the arrival date as a non-refundable deposit. The delegate agrees to settle the following charges in case of cancellation of their reservation, non-arrival or early departure at THE HOTEL: Period Terms & Conditions > till 15 days before One night room & tax < less than 15 days before, no shows, early departures 100% of Total Reservation Charge for all nights The Reservation link will be available until 02nd December 2019. At the Cut off day THE HOTEL and THE CLIENT will review the reservation pick up for the event and release the unreserved rooms for general sale.
