INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATION: A member of the Reserving Party may cancel their reservation for no charge up to 48 hours prior to day of arrival. If the member cancels their reservation after this deadline a cancellation fee will be assessed. The cancellation fee will equal the cost of one (1) night stay for each room(s) charge, plus all applicable tax. If a prepayment has been made, we will retain all or part of the prepayment. If not, we will charge the credit card used to hold the reservation.
