Cancellation Policy: Cancellation received by delegates up to 30 days prior the date of arrival will be free of charge. Cancellation received by delegates between 29 and 15 days prior to arrival will incur cancellation charges equal to 1 night accommodation. This cancellation charge will be made directly to the delegates’ credit card. Cancellation received by delegates from 14 days prior to arrival (as well as no-shows or early departure) will incur cancellation charges equal to the entire stay.
