Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 15%) in effect at the time of check in. Based on availability, the group rates will be provided three days prior and three days past the event dates. Rates are net non-commissionable. Cancellation policy for rooms: Must call 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival to cancel without penalty.
