Thank you for booking your room with the Courtyard Providence Downtown for NecronomiCon 2022. We are looking forward to your arrival! Here are a few notes about parking and cancellations: Parking is available in the Union Station Garage beneath the hotel and in two small lots on the lobby level. The cost is $30 per night (subject per change). If you park in this garage, the cost can be added to your hotel bill. Just let the front desk know when you check-in. It's self parking and you do have in and out privileges so that you can come and go as you please. We also are only about a half mile from the Providence AmTrak station, if you come in by train. You can cancel your reservation without penalty with 48 hours notice, If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date, the first night room and tax is charged. Thanks again and safe travels!
