Guest room rate includes breakfast. Cut-off date: until 14 March 2022, the rate and availability are guaranteed; After this date rooms not reserved will be released and rooms will be offered only on space and rate availability. Cancellation Cancelations received from 15 March 2022 until arrival day: The reservation cost will be charged to the guest’s credit card the entire length of the stay, non-refundable. All No-Shows will be charged to the guest’s credit card for the entire length of the stay, non-refundable and the reservation will be released. Payment On 15 March 2021 the payment will be made on the informed credit card for each individual reservation. Will be charged for 100% of the entire stay. Upon arrival the guests will be kindly asked for a credit card imprint or a cash deposit payment as a guarantee for extra charges. All individual guests shall pay all extra charges, including city tax upon check-out, unless specifically instructed otherwise by the organization.
