Booking cut-off date Until 15th April 2022 - No cancellation fees will be applied by the Hotel and rate and availability are guarantee; after this date reservation will be upon our availability and rate. Cancellation and No-Shows Any cancellation received from 16 April 2022, will be charged to the guest’s credit card, entire length of stay. No-Shows - Any room reservations confirmed and guaranteed, and not claimed by midnight on day of arrival (No Show), will be charged to the guest’s credit card for the entire length of stay, non-refundable and reservation will be released. Individual guest pays all charges. Reservation will be charged to the guest’s card, entire length of stay, non-refundable – charge will be done on credit card one day after cut-off date – on the 16th April 2022. Individual guests pay all extra charges on check-out, unless instructed otherwise by Torch Marketing.
