Contracted rate is the government per diem, and is therefore subject to change if the federal per diem rate changes. All attendee reservations must be accompanied by a credit card prior to arrival. Hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the above methods. A cancellation less than 72 hours prior to arrival will result in a charge equal to one night's room and tax. Early departures and no-shows will result in the same charge and consequence.
