Welcome to the Courtyard by Marriott at Denver Central Park! Before you arrive, there are some important things you should know. When you arrive, you will be asked to present a valid identification as well as a credit or debit card. Your card will be authorized for $20 per night per room for incidental charges. Assuming that you incur no incidentals charges during your stay, these authorizations will essentially "fall off" of your card 3-5 business days after your departure. Our hotel is a 100% non-smoking facility and you will be fined if there is evidence of smoking of any kind in your room or on your balcony. The Courtyard by Marriott at Denver is a pet-friendly hotel but we do charge $125 for your furry friend to stay and $150 if there are two pets, which is our maximum when it comes to pets.
