Cut-off date: until 03Oct22, rate and availability are guaranteed; after this date the reservation will be subject to our availability and rate. Payments: Accommodation will be charged on each participants’ credit card on the 04Oct22. IATP contribution/reduction of €12 will be applicable and deducted from each participant’s room cost when charging their own credit card. Cancellation: Until 72 hours prior to arrival: No cancellation penalties will be applied by the Hotel. Cancellations received within the 72hours prior to arrival and no-shows will be charged in full for the chosen category and IATP contribution will not be applied. The entire length of the stay will be charged on guest’s credit card and the reservation will be released.
