Reservations may be made with Courtyard by Marriott Ardmore by calling the hotel directly at (580) 224-2764. When making reservations please be certain to identify yourselves as having a preferred corporate rate at Courtyard by Marriott Ardmore, specifically for Battle Springs Ranch. Reservations confirmed at higher rates cannot be adjusted. All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card or with one night's rom and tax prior to arrival. In the event a traveler needs to cancel a confirmed reservation, a call must be placed direct to the hotel, our toll free reservations number, or to the travel agent no later than 48 hours prior to the day of arrival. Once a cancellation number has been received, the reservation is officially cancelled. Failure to notify the hotel of cancellation of a guaranteed reservation prior to 48 hours will result in a no-show bill in the amount of one night's room and tax charge. The remaining nights will automatically be cancelled.
