Guest(s), and/or Group, are responsible for their reservation(s), and they must change and/or cancel the reservation(s) on, or before, 4pm two days (or 48 hours) prior to arrival. If the guest(s) and/or group does not do so, then the credit card, or group master account used to reserve the room(s) will be charged a non-refundable one-night room and tax charge.
