If guests do not arrive, a penalty will be charged of one night’s room rate plus applicable taxes. Individual cancellations will be accepted without penalty to the individual, up to 30 days prior to arrival. Any reservation cancelled within 30 days of arrival will be charged one night’s room plus tax. The Destination Amenity Fee is not applicable and charges will not apply.
