Reservations by individuals will be accepted by them calling directly to the resort through this link (provided by Hotel). Individuals will be required to submit a credit card in order to guarantee the reservation, the hotel will charge 1 night upon reservation (non-refundable). At the cut-off date, September 25th 2023, the credit card will be charged a non-refundable deposit for all stay. Individuals are responsible for room, tax, service charge and incidentals. Individual credit cards for any incidental charges not covered by the group will be pre-authorized for $100.00 per day upon check-in. Remaining balance will paid upon check out by each guest. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: RESORT FEE WILL BE WAIVED UPON CHARGING THE CREDIT CARD.
