All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Two (2) nights’ room and tax for each room reserved will be required by Monday, February 5, 2024. If the room block becomes full before the two nights’ room deposit is due, guests will be contacted and required to guarantee all rooms for two nights’ room and tax pre-payment, to be made within seven (7) days, or the rooms will be released back to the block. Deposits are refundable if cancellations are received more than 45 days prior to the confirmed arrival date. If a reservation is cancelled within 45 days of the confirmed arrival date, the deposit will be forfeited. Guests who depart early or do not show will forfeit full hotel room revenue.
